An afternoon with Lance, winemaker at Cambridge Road in Martinborough

Established in 1986, Cambridge Road is all about minimal intervention and no additions. The wines produced are the honest living reflection of fruit fermented by nature and bottled, true ‘healthy living’ wines. Lance focuses on making world class wines, with a particular concentration on Pinot Noir and Syrah - all distinguished by low yields with organic and bio-dynamic practices on his 2.2ha vineyard.

This Sunday covers Lance’s story, along with five bites and five wines, led by Lance and the team at Rosella. 120pp.
