Join us at Rosella for our next Meet the Maker with Halcyon Days, the Hawke’s Bay label from husband-and-wife winemaking duo Amy Hopkinson-Styles and Olly Styles.
After making wine across France, Italy, Spain, Australia and New Zealand, Amy and Olly are now based in Heretaunga Hawke’s Bay, producing small-batch wines from organic, handpicked fruit. Naturally fermented with no additions, their wines are fresh, energetic and full of character, while always pushing the boundaries of what Hawke’s Bay wine can be.
We’ll be pouring three Halcyon Days wines, with our kitchen team putting together matching bites to enjoy alongside them.
There are two sittings available, with tickets including all three wines and food.
We can cater for most dietary requirements with advance notice, although due to the nature of the event and set menu, not all requirements or substitutions may be possible. Please let us know when booking.
